Glow Update: 1 December 2020

If you have purchased tickets and are scheduled to attend Glow from November 18 and December 17, 2020, we have some options for your consideration:

  1. Move My Tickets. If you would like to attend Glow once we have opened, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Move My Tickets.” We will reply to this email with a promo code you can use to select your new tickets for this year’s festival.
  2. See You Next Christmas. If our revised 2020 dates mean you are unable to attend our festival this season, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line, “See You Next Christmas.” We will reply to this email with a promo code you can use to select tickets for next year’s festival. Please know that by exchanging your ticket, you are supporting a local business and placing your faith in Edmonton’s ability to come back stronger than ever. If you choose this option, you will receive $5 in Glow Bucks. We are thankful.
  3. Refund My Ticket. We will honour all refund requests. We hope to see you back at Glow in the future. Refunds will return the ticket price to your original form of payment. Unfortunately, ticket-processing fees that were part of that original purchase cannot be refunded. We encourage, then, that you exchange your ticket for later in the festival or for next year, as that remains the best value. Please email us at [email protected] with the subject line, “Refund.”

You can also move or exchange your tickets online by following these steps:

  1. To exchange your tickets for an alternate date or time, head over to https://www.showpass.com/user/invoices/ and select “Exchange Tickets.” You will be prompted to login if you are not already.
  2. Once the exchange has been started you can browse and select a new event and tickets.
  3. You will receive confirmation of the temporary exchange credit on your account and you will have 1 hour to use the temporary exchange credits. If you can’t use them in an hour you can start again.
  4. Once you have selected your NEW tickets the credit amount will be applied to the transaction.
