Our Private Holiday Party Packages offer an exclusive setting inside the Glow Christmas Festival—perfect for corporate celebrations, family gatherings, and community events. We accommodate groups of 15 to 4,000 guests, offering flexible options for both intimate gatherings and large-scale celebrations. Enjoy a beautifully decorated private room, access to the festival, and a magical atmosphere your guests won’t forget.
Group Ticket Gifting & Discounts
Planning a visit with a large family, community organization, team or group? Looking for a memorable holiday gift for your employees, clients or customers?
Special group ticket packages are available for groups of 15 or more. Tickets can be provided digitally for easy distribution or as printed tickets to include in holiday cards and gift packages.
Recipients can choose when they visit and enjoy a complete Christmas experience with the people who matter most.
Special pricing is available based on the number and type of tickets purchased.

Private party availability is limited and books up quickly each season.
We recommend inquiring early to secure your preferred date.
Know before you book
Availability & Booking
- Private Holiday Parties are offered on select dates during the Glow Christmas Festival season.
- Dates book up quickly, especially in December.
- Early inquiries are strongly recommended to secure preferred dates and spaces.
- All bookings are final. No refunds.
Food, Beverage & Catering
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
- Catering services are provided through the Edmonton EXPO Centre.
- The Edmonton EXPO Centre has a minimum catering requirement for groups of 25 guests or more, should catering be selected.
- Catering is not mandatory; however, if catering is chosen, EXPO Centre minimums apply.
- Smaller groups may access shared catering options or enjoy festival food vendors.
- Catering menus and details will be released in March.
- Your Glow Party Manager will introduce you to the EXPO Centre catering team if catering is requested.
Glow Bucks
- Glow Bucks are pre-purchased festival dollars that can be used throughout Glow.
- Accepted at food trucks, Glow bars, the Merry Makers Market, and Glow Store.
- Glow Bucks must be pre-purchased and are non-refundable.
- Glow Bucks have no cash value.
Add-On Experiences
Optional enhancements must be booked in advance and include:
- Photos with Santa
- Photo Booth
- Cookie Decorating Kits
- Kids’ Christmas Craft Activity
- Special Character Visits
Availability is limited.
Group Size & Ticketing
- Private parties accommodate groups from 15 to 4,000 guests.
- Group ticket discounts are available and vary based on the size of your group.
- Tickets are provided as paper tickets to ensure unused tickets are not wasted.
- No refunds for no-shows or unused tickets.
Bar Service
- Bar service is available for private holiday parties.

- Pre-purchased drink tickets
- Cash bar
- Host bar (tab-based) - A minimum of 25 guests is required to have a private bar located inside your party room.
- Bar service is arranged through the Edmonton EXPO Centre.
Activities, Vendors & Room Space
- Party rooms are sized specifically for your guest count.
- Outside vendors or activities require advance approval from Glow.
- Large activities (such as fun casinos or large interactive games) are not permitted.
- Last-minute activity or vendor requests cannot be accommodated onsite.
Speeches & Audio/Visual
- Speeches are permitted but should be kept brief out of respect for nearby events.

A projector and screen are available to rent:
- Rental fee: $200
- Must be requested in advance
- Subject to availability - Groups are responsible for providing their own content, laptops, adapters, and media files.
Parking
- Paid parking is available at the Edmonton EXPO Centre.
- Parking fees are set by the venue and are not included in private party packages.
Accessibility
- Glow and all private party spaces are fully accessible.
- Please advise of any accessibility needs when submitting your inquiry.
